Summer Concert in the Park

Seymour Area Arts Council will present their second and last "Summer Concert In The Park" , Saturday, Aug. 2nd, starting at 7:00p.m. in the Seymour City Square Park.
Reflections 11-member Big Band will present a two-hour program of Big Band music from the 1930s through the 1970s including swing, fox trot, waltz, and jazz. The band is made up of active and retired professional musicians and music educators from the Springfield area, including Cathy Connis, band director for Seymour Schools as well as a member of the Seymour Arts Council Board -- she is a saxophonist. Playing trumpet will be Marshfield's Bryant Robinson.
