Springfield Metro area -Kacico Dance, Kansas City Contemporary Dance, presents Light, Movement, Shadow, Sound at Coger Theatre in Craig Hall on the MSU Campus.
The performance is sponsored by the MSU Department of Theatre and Dance and is a free event.
Light, Movement, Shadow, Sound, is a contemporary dance treat as light and shadow become partners with movement and sound. Flashlights in the audience, sounds in the dark, and dancers revealed and concealed are just the beginning of the theatrical innovations of Kacico Dance choreographers Michelle Brown, Lindsay Spilker Tate, Shandi Miller along with guest choreographer Rebecca Bryant and composer, Don Nichols, both formerly from Missouri State University and currently at Purdue University.
