As part of the Arts Council's outreach program, the weekly workshops are free to the public and designed to instill a love of writing and reading as well as to encourage and support participants in their writing projects. Discussions will take place on techniques of prose composition (plot structure and character development), syntax, diction, theory and all aspects of the art of writing fiction and non-fiction.
