Please join photographer Steve Snyder of Images of the Ozarks by Steve Snyder as he presents his growing project, The Freedom Endeavor, which collects veteran’s portraits and oral histories in a unique way. Learn where the idea for the project came from and how the project is evolving as well as future goals. This exhibit of The Freedom Endeavor showcases 23 Veterans from the growing project as well as parts from each one’s story. The reception is free and open to the public. This is the final opportunity to view the project locally this year. This travelling gallery exhibition series features large black and white prints portraying the Veterans in an almost life size setting with links to each Veterans’ audio story. The Freedom Endeavor Veterans images and their stories are also being showcased on the website,

The Freedom Endeavor’s mission is to recognize and honor the everyday citizens who took the oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. The Freedom Endeavor also creates community awareness of the veterans we unknowingly see everyday.
