Kite Festival Marks Opening of Japanese Stroll Garden for Season

The Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden at Nathanael Greene/Close Memorial Park, 2400 S. Scenic Ave., will open for the season by hosting the 7th annual Cherry Blossom Kite Festival from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., Saturday, March 27.
