Arts Council's Storefront Studios Available

The Springfield Regional Arts Council’s Storefront Studios location in the lower level of the Butler, Rosenbury & Partners offices on North Main has two spaces available. There are a total of 12 studios in the space and these are occupied by writers, painters, photographers, filmmakers and not limited strictly to visual artists. Terms on these studios are very favorable. $50 each month covers rent and utilities. The first and last months’ rent and an additional $50 security deposit is due at lease signing. Security deposits are returned at the end of the occupancy if all rent has been paid and space left as found.
Open spots go on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested parties should submit the attached application for review. You may send it via e-mail, snail mail or deliver it in person to the Springfield Regional Arts Council offices in the Creamery Arts Center, 411 N. Sherman Parkway.
