The Springfield Regional Arts Council and Sky Gallery at the Springfield-Branson National Airport are now accepting submissions for The Heart of The Ozarks, opening March 2022.
Because the airport is where visitors from all over get their first impressions of the Ozarks, we want artists to submit works that show their favorite aspects of this great region. Think the heart and soul of the Ozarks—highlighting landscapes, landmarks, local loved items and more!
Submission Process:
Submit up to 5 digital images (JPGs) of actual works you hope to have selected for exhibition. Name each JPG with your first initial, last name and piece title (example: JSmithTitle.jpg). Please include dimensions, media, and retail pricing (including 25% SRAC commission) in your email. Send all submissions to christie@springfieldarts.org by midnight, Thursday, February 10th, 2022.
Artists will be selected by an anonymous jurying process. All submissions will be notified of acceptance or rejection by Friday, February 18th. All participating artists are expected to drop off their work between 9am-12pm Friday, February 25th. For more information regarding the Sky Gallery, call Christie Snelson at (417) 862-2787 or christie@springfieldarts.org.
Artwork Restrictions:
