Introductory course will have you playing in no time! Learn how to play the ukulele in a friendly, welcoming and encouraging environment! Join professional ukulele instructors Rick and Karen Maxson for a four-week introductory course for adults that will take you from your first chord to strumming and simple fingerpicking. You’ll be playing songs the first night! This course is for students with no prior ukulele experience who own or can borrow a ukulele. Classes are 2-3 p.m. Sundays, Jan. 9, 16, 23, 30 at Springfield Music Company. Materials included, students must pre-register. Register by calling 417-881-1373.
