An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until July 17, 2023
Theatre and Therapy is for adults who feel disconnected and stuck. Each of the six sessions will begin with dramatic exercises facilitated by actor, director, instructor Jon Herbert. This will be followed by group therapy with Gail Herbert, MS, PLPC. Sessions will include work on such skills as self-discovery, boundaries, and relationship building and maintenance.
