Springfield Little Theatre Hosts: How To Be A Princess and How To Be A Pirate Camp

Princess Camp Pirate Camp

Is your youngster destined to be a princess or aaarrrrrre they a pirate? Is life in your castle a fairy tale or are you running a ship that tumbles on tumultuous waters? Either way, an epic adventure awaits for your 4-12 year old at the Springfield Little Theatre Education Facility the final week of May!

Girls and boys are invited to perfect their poise, practice poetry, sing, dance, and act out stories alongside the likes of Rapunzel, Snow White, Cinderella, and Princess Aurora. But if they, per chance, prefer the pirate’s life, they can explore swordplay, master their aaarrrr, dance a jig, and slay a sea shanty with The Captain and his rowdy band of rapscallions.

The four day workshop/edutainment experience will introduce young people to basic theatrical concepts and encourage imaginative play and self-expression. In addition, it will offer its participants princess and pirate makeovers and provide plenty of photo opportunities and magical memories!
