Danny Zuko is Rydell High School’s reigning “king of cool” and leader of the “greaser” gang, the Burger Palace Boys. But as his senior year commences, Danny’s rebel reputation is threatened by the arrival of a new girl at school: Sandy Dumbrowski, a straight-laced cheerleader with whom Danny had shared a secret summer fling.
Although the flame of romance still flickers, Danny is reluctant to admit his feelings for Sandy, who doesn’t fit with his tough-guy image. With the help of the “greaser girls” (a.k.a. the Pink Ladies), Sandy sets out to win Danny back!
