2021 Mid-Career Invitational Art Reception

Mid-Career Invitational

The Springfield Regional Arts Council is proud to welcome 3 outstanding local artists for our 2021 Mid-Career Invitational.

Andrea Ehrhardt is known locally for making Springfield a little more colorful. She's known internationally for her signature #WorldwideWings murals in locations as far as New Zealand, Thailand, and South Africa. And if you've ever used #417streetart you're contributing to the online community of artists that Andrea has helped create!

Adam Wolken, along with his brother Aaron, has spent the past 10 years painting murals for well-known museums, residential, and commercial developments. Together they have painted over half a million square feet of mural, both in the USA and internationally. Have you seen Wonders of Wildlife? Then you know Adam's work!

A multidisciplinary artist with a quirky style Lura Faye Cotton is known for creating the unexpected. Maybe you noticed the sculpture "Crystal Formation" while having a pre-pandemic beer in Mother's Backyard? Then you know Cotton's work.

Our artists will be on display in The Creamery Arts Center Exhibition Hall during the month of March. With an opening reception, and VIP happy hour on March 5th from 4-7 pm. Please RSVP ASAP via this form if you plan to join us!

As always the SRAC thanks you for masking and safely distancing while attending events at The Creamery Arts Center!
