‘Wreath Making’ Nov. 23 at Republic Branch Library

Registration is underway for adults to attend Wreath Making from 10-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, at the Republic Branch Library, 921 N. Lindsey Ave.

Prepare for the winter holidays by creating a wreath you can decorate with or give as a gift. Materials will be provided.

Watercolor Secrets for Beginners

Come join us for a risk-free workshop for those who want to learn about watercolors and the materials needed.  Nothing to buy and nothing to bring except a sack lunch. All materials and studio fees are included in the cost of the workshop. When you leave, you will have a few supplies and a good understanding of how to use them all! 

The workshop will be held on two Saturdays. October 26th and November 9,  from 10-2. The cost is $150 and includes all supplies and studio fees.

‘Arts and Crafts Afternoons’ Sept. 5 at Midtown Carnegie Branch Library

Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to attend Arts and Crafts Afternoons from 3:30-5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 5, in the Midtown Carnegie Branch Library Teen Room, 397 E. Central St.

We’ll explore a new form of art or create a new craft each week. Materials will be provided.
