Springfield Dance Alliance's 5th Annual Gala Fundraiser will feature professional quality dance and choreography in a riveting evening which will include live music, contemporary movement, studio art and collaboration with Missouri State University Theatre & Dance in a celebration of Springfield's dance community.
Congratulations are in order for Lorianne Dunn, Springfield Little Theatre's Education Director. She has recently been nominated for 417 Magazine's "Most Beautiful Woman," an annual charity fundraiser.

Obelisk Home hosts the Annual Birdhouse Auction with Drury University benefiting Habitat for Humanity.
The silent auction of birdhouses will begin on Friday, May 3, 2019, in conjunction with our First Friday Art Walk and continue through to the following June Art Walk.
Bidding closes the night of June Art Walk which is June 7th.
Springfield Contemporary Theatre is now raising funds toward its 25th Anniversary Season. To date the theatre has raised $30,272.51 toward their total goal of $75,000.00.
The SCT set this goal for their upcoming season: In April and May they need to pay performance royalties, secure professional contracts (Actors’ Equity Association and Stage Directors and Choreographers Society) and underwrite their “Pay What You Can” Thursday performances.
Curtains & Corks is a wine tasting and friendly competition wrapped into one. Wine stations are hosted by famous characters from past Little Theatre productions.
