The cartoons of Bob Palmer, Betty Love, Jon Kennedy and other cartoonists fill the pages of Springfield’s historic newspapers and periodicals. Local History Associate Konrad Stump explores the lives of these remarkable cartoonists and shares how they shaped the telling of Springfield’s history.
