Missouri Fine Arts Academy was funded at $275,000 for fiscal year 2020, thanks in part to the arts advocacy efforts of Missouri Citizens for the Arts and area arts councils and patrons.

"This was no easy task as the Governor is still trying to move other departments to Higher Education, which will be debated today as part of an incentive package for General Motors," says the Missouri Citizens for the Arts in an email.
