Art Festival How-To Workshop

Art Festival Workshop Joplin MO

JRAC will be hosting a “How To...”Workshop and Q&A for artists interested in applying to juried arts festivals. The workshop will be held January 12, 2020 from 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM at the Joplin Public Library. Representatives from four regional art shows will host this workshop to provide artists with tips and tricks for applying to juried art festivals.

Art in the Park

The Southwest Missouri Art and Craft Guild produces Art in the Park, a fine art and contemporary craft show and sale, the second weekend in October each year. Celebrating our 25th year, this year’s show will be held October 12 and 13 in Sequiota Park in Springfield, Missouri under the sponsorship of The Springfield-Greene County Park Board. Admission is free to the public.

The Council of Churces invites you to be featured at our first-ever One World Bites and Libations event on October 5, 2019*. Springfield’s newest festival experience billows with tastes, sounds, and entertainment from around the globe. It’s a celebration of diversity. It benefits the Council of Churches of the Ozarks (CCO) programs that provide services to our under-resourced neighbors through nine outreach services including, Crosslines, Ambassadors for Children, and Safe to Sleep.
