Let’s make a PLAY date! Join Springfield Little Theatre Education Department during the 2018-2019 school year for School’s Out, Play-in-a-Day workshops. These workshops provide unique opportunities for children to undergo training in the performing arts and are a lifesaver for parents when the kids are out of school!
Come and learn the science of seeds! Preschoolers will make a seed necklace that they can bury in the dirt at home in a pot or yard that will sprout beautiful flowers or vegetables this spring. Sprouts can also listen to a story read by a Springfield-Greene County Library storytime librarian!

Moon City Paint a Pole is the continuation of the largest outdoor public art display in Springfield Missouri. They currently have over 135 utility poles painted with unique, one-of-a-kind designs.
Spend one hour with one work of art once a month at the new Slow Viewing Nights.
The GLO Center in collaboration with GLSEN Springfield Springfield and the Springfield-Greene County Library District present Storytime for Kids! In addition to reading some great books, they will also have singing, dancing, and snacks. Bring the kids for a great (free!) activity! All persons are welcome.
