I am a self taught local artist and have been crafting and painting ceramics my entire life. I enjoy learning new mediums and recently tried my hand at painting on canvas using acrylics with varied techniques such as modeling paste, palette knife, and even painting with a toothbrush. With my faithful dog Maggie at side, my new found hobby has quickly blossomed into a budding business. I have been commissioned to create several paintings selling not only locally but nationally as well. The name for my studio "Tub Room Artwork" stems from a very unorthodox room in my house where I create and paint. It literally is a spare bedroom in which a bathtub was installed by the previous owners.
