Hi,
I’m part of the museum’s arts management team at World Forestry Center, located in Portland, Oregon. We wanted to let you know that we just launched an open call for participation for our next featured interdisciplinary exhibition, Forest Hope Through Innovation. If your organization has a means to share this open call, we would love your support. The open call for participation description is attached.
This exhibition highlights the aesthetics of innovative forest-based research via emerging technology, land management styles, design, engineering, and imaginative artist-scientist collaborations. It is designed to spark climate hope and inspire community-based solutions that support the sustainability of future forests. Though it is an open call, we would love to invite you share ideas about how your work could be displayed. If you have questions, I’m happy to have a conversation.
Ideas and the application deadline is November 10th, and submissions will be reviewed as they arrive.
We hope to circulate the call widely, and we have ample room to display a range of submissions.
Thank you for your consideration.
