Abilities First invites the public to experience The Life I Choose, a portrait, film and storytelling exhibit opening Saturday, July 11, at C-Art Gallery on Commercial Street.
Created in partnership with humanitarian portrait photographer and filmmaker Randy Bacon, The Life I Choose shares 15 stories of people from Greene County through black-and-white portraits, personal narratives and short documentary films.
The exhibit gives viewers the chance to meet each person through their own words, images and story. Together, the stories show what it means for people to make choices, build relationships and live the lives they choose with the right support in place.
